As the Senior Special Assistant to the President on School Feeding (SSAPSFP), Dr. Adeniji has brought the VFM Study to Kaduna State, Nigeria. The VFM Research Program was initially launched in Osun State in May 2024. The project's goal is to ensure that the school feeding program delivers maximum impact for schoolchildren and provides optimal returns on investment for the government.

Dr. Adeniji began her visit by meeting with the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Her Excellency Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe at the Deputy Governor's office in Sir Kashim Ibrahim House. She was accompanied by the Deputy Country Director of GAIN International, a representative from PCD Imperial College London, a representative from the Ministry of Education and UBEC, the State Coordinator of KADSIPA, Umar Maikudi, and the State Program Manager, Madam Larai Isyaku.

During the meeting, the SSAPSFP team met with key State Government officials to explain the VFM study tailored for Kaduna State. Attendees included the Hon. Commissioner of Health, the Hon. Commissioner of Education, the Permanent Secretary of Business Innovation, the Deputy Chief of Staff, the Permanent Secretary to the Deputy Governor, and the SA NGO.

This visit marks the second stage of the nationwide VFM study. Dr. Adeniji's dedication to transparency and efficiency in the program is highly commendable.
